Sporting Excellence
I am pleased to announce that we have retained the Saxon League tag rugby trophy this year. This meant that the team qualified for the Overton Rugby Festival which was held at Oakley Junior School this year. Following an action-packed afternoon, we team qualified for the final against our hosts (Oakley). The game ended 4 tries a piece so it was decided that there would be joint winners this year. Well done to all the players - they were excellent.
We have also won the Rural Schools Cross Country Festival - for the first time. Huge congratulations to all the children who participated in these events.
