It was a little chilly and a little windy, but we planted over 50 trees, reducing the world's carbon by 550 kg.
Sadly, this is not as much as it sounds in the grand scheme of things. I have attached a useful information leaflet below the pictures to show the comparisons. Fortunately, as the trees grow they will absorb more and more carbon. We have given something back and hopefully this will start the children off on a good step towards changing our future as a planet. Plus the children had a great time, despite the cold!
